From European Mentoring Centre to European Mentoring and Coaching Council... to EMCC Global

We started life in 1992 as the European Mentoring Centre, became the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in 2001, and evolved into EMCC Global in 2023.

The name change reflects reality: our members span the globe, not just Europe although we honour our European routes by retaining the E in our name. Our affiliated countries and regions carry the EMCC identity forward, adding their own local names to show both unity and regional presence.
