Accreditation
Accreditation for coaching and mentoring training providers
The EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) is a five-year accreditation for training programmes that meet our standards for content and quality.
Education and Training organisations may apply for their programmes to be awarded at one of four levels, Foundation, Practitioner, Senior Practitioner and Master Practitioner, with each level building on the previous in terms of depth and rigour.
EQA represents sustained commitment to educational excellence. Earning it means you are demonstrating quality training, which is maintained throughout the five-year accreditation period.
Accreditation celebrates and recognises professional practice
There are four levels of EMCC Global Individual Accreditation that reflect the practice of the coach or mentor at the time of assessment. The levels are set out below and note that in addition to length of experience and numbers of clients, we do expect to see supervision in place for every applicant along with membership of EMCC Global or one of our affiliated countries or regions.
