Accreditation
Become an accredited supervisor
The EMCC Global Supervisor Individual Accreditation (ESIA) recognises the crucial role supervisors play in developing best practice in coaching and mentoring. It recognises the quality of your supervision practice, your commitment to continuing professional development, reflective learning, and your own ongoing one-to-one supervision.
Supervision is fundamental to developing best practice in coaching and mentoring. Achieving this award demonstrates you have the skills, experience, and professional judgement to facilitate the reflective practice that underpins quality coaching and mentoring.
How to get your supervision accreditation
Via your ESQA-accredited training programme
If you are a graduate of a supervision training programme with an ESQA accreditation from EMCC Global then your application is very easy.
Your training provider will be in touch with us to let us know when you have passed the course. On completion of your practice hours, with evidence of past and ongoing one-to-one supervision, alignment with the Global Code of Ethics, your EMCC membership in place, and payment of the accreditation fee, your ESIA should be awarded automatically.
Note that if you completed your course more than two years prior to application, then you will need to apply directly.
