Inclusion, diversity and equality in coaching, mentoring and supervision worldwide
We bring together coaches, mentors and supervisors from different backgrounds and perspectives, helping them develop practice that reflects the changing world we work in.
We influence and shape EMCC Global professional standards, competencies, continuing professional development, Code of Ethics, accreditation and Thought Leadership by making inclusion, diversity and equality central to what excellence means.
We support EMCC Global members to build confidence and capability by providing tools, resources, diverse reflective spaces and learning opportunities that deepen self-awareness and develop inclusive practice.
We strengthen the EMCC Global Declaration and Code of Ethics by promoting equity, dignity and respect in all coaching, mentoring and supervision relationships, especially around power, privilege and systemic inequality.
Key initiatives
- Bring diversity and inclusion topics into conferences to increase visibility and encourage collaboration across different groups.
- Translate the EMCC Global Inclusion, Diversity and Equality statement into the major languages where EMCC Global operates.
- Develop resources to help members deepen self-awareness and build inclusive approaches in their coaching, mentoring and supervision work.
Our impact
We have increased visibility of inclusion and diversity topics at EMCC Global conferences and begun developing resources for members. We are tracking impact and will share measurable outcomes as data becomes available.
