EMCC's global reach
Our story starts back in 1992 as the European Mentoring Centre. In 2001, we evolved into the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), a name that reflected our growing influence across Europe. Today, as our community expands across the Americas, Asia, Africa and Australasia our name has evolved with us. In 2023, we embraced that transformation and became EMCC Global. While we no longer use the name European Mentoring and Coaching Council, we honour our European origins.
