Congratulations to Convergence Lead Coach Institute

The quality of learning offered to students of Convergence Lead Coach Institute in Morocco has been recognised with an EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) accreditation at Senior Practitioner level.

Convergence was founded in 1995 as a consulting and coaching firm and had its first cohort of certified coaches in 2000. It was the first coaching school in Morocco to offer leadership, coaching and coach training courses aimed at leaders and coaches, focussing on a holomorphic and systemic coaching course for coaching individuals, teams, and organisations.

The team said:

“We have been practicing coaching for almost 30 years. We are focused on supporting organizational transformations through individual, team and organisational coaching.

From the beginning, we have had the ambition to contribute to the impact of coaching in society through our practice and in particular through our various specialized courses in coaching. For us it’s more than a profession or a posture it’s a passion. Our Motto is: ‘Be linked, create value’.

“We are glad to be part of your communities.”

In assessing the course, the assessors noted: ” This is an excellent coach training programme addressing a wide range of topics that can be applied inside organisations. The programme has been carefully designed to cover all EMCC core coaching competencies and ensure their integration through constant interactions with trainers and peers, practice and reflection.

“Founder and Senior Coach Partner Youness Bellatif and his team have credible leadership and communication experience, with hands-on management experience of both teams and businesses. The faculty members are experienced executive coaches, supervisors and mentors, bringing their wealth of knowledge and practice to the programme.”

Youness is joined on Faculty by Senior Coach Partner Nadia Sebti and Coach Partner Zineb Berrada
