ICON’s Global Learning and Development Consultant Jo Cawley, who led the application, said;
“We are delighted with the EQA accreditation, which reflects the standards of education and learning provided internally for Directors in the organisation.
“As well as an endorsement of the standard of content and experience in the programme, the EQA accreditation means that all delegates who took part in the bespoke pilot programme and completed the 80 hours of in-house designed education, coaching skills practice and reflective practice required during the six month programme, have now received their own EMCC Global Individual Award (EIA) accredited at practitioner level.
Jo. herself an EMCC Global accredited coach, added: “Acknowledgement and thanks goes out to those who showed support for the coaching pilot programme from September 2022 when the programme was just an idea to now, a fully accredited quality awarded in-house programme.
A big congratulations goes out to our newly accredited EMCC Global coaches who will bring their enhanced coaching knowledge and their practiced coaching skills gained from the programme to their everyday interactions with others they connect with in the business.”
EMCC Global Quality Award verifier Dr Andrea Giraldez- Hayes, said: “My heartfelt congratulations, Jo. Your dedication and determination to make this possible are genuinely inspiring. Congratulations also to the first cohort! It has been a privilege working with you.”
