Eternal Coaching and Mentoring Academy has been awarded an EMCC Global Team Coaching Quality Award (TCQA) for its Team Coaching Practioner Programme, reflecting the standards of education and learning provided for team coaches.
As well as an endorsement of the standard of content and experience in the programme, the TCQA accreditation means that all team coaches completing the programme and practical experience will be automatically eligible for their own individual team coaching accreditation (TCQA).
Eternal Coaching and Mentoring Academy (ECMA) is based in Turkey and has a mission to help individuals and teams use their potential with awareness and to positively affect all their relationships, the system they are in, and the world.
The addition of an EMCC Global Team Coaching Quality Award means that the team’s work meets EMCC Global’s internationally-benchmarked and agreed set of core standards.
We asked ECMA co-founder and EMCC Global Master Practitioner Dilek Yıldırım about the importance of accreditation to her and her team.
What does accreditation mean to you?
