We’re proud to announce the launch of EMCC USA as a brand-new Affiliate of EMCC Global, adding a 29th country/region to our EMCC family internationally.
This new affiliate represents more than just a geographical milestone. It reflects our shared commitment to connection, collaboration, and professional growth across borders. The expansion strengthens our ability to serve, support, and inspire an even broader community.
We extend a warm welcome to the founding team in the USA, led by EMCC USA president Karen Benoy Preston. The team is already working to bring the spirit and values of EMCC to life locally.

We are thrilled to announce that EMCC USA has officially been established as an affiliate of EMCC Global. This incredible milestone comes after two and a half years of dedicated effort, collaboration, and unwavering commitment from my small but mighty team.
Our perseverance has brought us to this moment, but we could not have achieved this without the tremendous support and guidance from the EMCC Global team. A special thank you to EMCC Global Development VP Alessandro Pegoraro, the tremendously supportive EMCC Global Board, and the entire EMCC community for believing in our vision, providing invaluable guidance, and cheering us on every step of the way.
This affiliation marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter, as we work to uphold and advance EMCC’s holistic standards of coaching excellence, professional integrity, and community growth throughout the United States. We are deeply grateful and eager to embark on this journey together.
