Leadership catalyst and author Nathalie Ducrot has been recognised with an EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Master Practitioner level and a Supervision Individual Accreditation (ESIA).
Based in Geneva/Switzerland, Nathalie has made a significant contribution to the coaching profession as a mentor, supervisor, assessor and subject matter expert. She founded her company ProOptim, which is aimed at instilling optimism for individuals, teams and organisations.
Nathalie specialises in executive coaching, team coaching, facilitating performance through people.
