EMCC Global Quality Award for Koučing centar

Feb 24, 2025

Congratulations to Koučing centar who achieved an EMCC Global Quality Award accreditation (EQA) for a specialised diploma course.

The team from Belgrade, Serbia, developed the Integrative Constructivist Coaching Diploma as part of the organisation’s mission to offer accessible, high-quality coaching education. Now the diploma has been given internationally recognised accreditation from EMCC Global, the Serbian team plans to grow and improve the impact for learners.

Achieving an EQA means providers can show that they meet the high professional standards for training programmes required by EMCC Global. As a consequence, all Koučing centar’s graduates of the programme – on completion of required practice hours – are automatically eligible to apply for their own individual accreditation (EIA) as we are already satisfied that the quality of their learning is what we expect.

The team from Koučing centar wrote:

“Accreditation is a testament to the quality, professionalism, and effectiveness of our coaching programmes. It reinforces our commitment to delivering programmes that meet international standards and provide measurable value to participants.”

For nearly ten years Koučing centar has been the centre of expertise in individual, team and organisational coaching, they wrote. Their ethos is to create a level playing field for those who want to be coaches by improving access. It offers affordable coaching education for employed people and students and young people. Its constructivist coaching framework is based on practice, adaptability, flexibility, creativity, and agility in designing and delivering coaching.

The team from Koučing centar added:

“We take great pride in the achievements of our participants, as their growth reflects the value of our accredited education. Their feedback and successes drive us to constantly evolve and create even more transformative learning experiences.

“For Koučing centar, it ensures credibility and trust within the coaching and business communities. Our next steps involve maintaining this standard by continuously improving and innovating our programs. Accreditation is not the final goal but a foundation for sustained growth and impact.

“Through our work with companies, accreditation enables us to design customized coaching solutions that address organizational challenges, foster leadership development, and drive sustainable business transformation. By aligning accreditation with both individual and organisational development, we aim to create a lasting impact on the coaching landscape locally and globally.”

Denise Whitworth, EMCC Global VP Accreditation and Membership, said: “It is evident that the team’s has great pride in their work and a clear plan to build on its success.

“I am pleased Koučing centar has successfully achieved this accreditation and wholeheartedly support its drive to make sure access to coaching is improved.”
