The Professional Coach Diploma at UK-based Optimus Coach Academy has been accredited with a Practitioner level EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA), following a robust assessment that looked at the quality and content of its curriculum and delivery.
The Diploma brings in theories from neuroscience, positive psychology and psychodynamic approaches, as well as normative coaching methodologies. It is designed for students to build their own unique coaching style and approach, through mentoring and feedback.
Optimus Coach Academy was founded by Ruth Kudzi, an accomplished speaker, author, podcaster and contributor. The decision to add EMCC Global accreditation to the course means that all its graduates will be able to apply for their own EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Practitioner level automatically, with their individual awards applied on completion of the appropriate coaching experience.
The EMCC Global accreditation joins accreditations from other coaching and mentoring bodies, meaning the Diploma has also undergone and achieved other external verifications for its content and delivery.
