Many congratulations to the team CoachingUP University in Ukraine on being awarded an EMCC Global Quality Award accreditation for their senior practitioner programme.
For founder Andrey Nekrasov and the team, the EQA endorsement of their training programme is a testament to the ongoing commitment against the backdrop of war and instability in the country. Coaching UP teaches in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Italian and Georgian and has more than 1,000 current and former students from 90 countries.
Gaining an EQA also means CoachingUP’s graduates have a more streamlined approach for their own individual accreditation (EIA) with EMCC Global, as EMCC Global is already assured of the quality and standard of the teaching and its alignment to the Global Code of Ethics, focus on reflection and commitment to ongoing supervision.

“Gaining accreditation for our program from EMCC Global at the Senior Practitioner level is a monumental achievement for us, especially coming from Ukraine amidst the ongoing war. This context makes our achievement even more significant! A heartfelt thank you to the entire EMCC Global team for your contribution and trust.
“Dedication and hard work over more than a year have made this possible. It was challenging to meet all the requirements, but this process enabled us to enhance our training program significantly. Now, our students benefit from a superior coaching education. Currently, we are training over 500 students across 20 groups in four languages, with many of our graduates embracing coaching as their chosen profession.
“Through our graduates, we aim to extend our reach, helping more people find happiness even in these trying times.
“This is our first program to achieve EMCC Global accreditation, and we are already gearing up to seek accreditation for our training programs for supervisors, team coaches, and mentors. Our mission is to make professional coaching accessible, thereby opening up more opportunities for those who see coaching as their calling.
“This accomplishment is a beacon of hope and resilience for us all. Thank you once again for your support and trust. Here’s to moving forward, against all odds!”
Denise Whitworth, EMCC Global Vice President of Accreditation and Membership said:
“CoachingUP University is an example of maintaining dedication against a backdrop of so much disruption and uncertainty. What remains certain is the team’s obvious regard to ensuring that the coaches of the future are as prepared as they can be to offer sound support to their own clients and organisations, based on a bedrock of learning. Congratulations to all; this EQA is a celebration of all you have achieved.”
