A training programme designed to equip professionals with the skills to apply the latest knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, ethics and possibilities into their practice has gained EMCC Global Quality Award at Foundation level accreditation.
RK Academy in collaboration with WSI DMS, collectively based in London, Amsterdam and Istanbul, earned recognition for their AI Super-powered Coaches & Mentors programme.
The EMCC Global Quality Award (EQA) accreditation is only awarded to education and training programmes that meet EMCC Global’s internationally-benchmarked and evidence-based learning in coaching and mentoring.
It sets clear standards for professional development worldwide. This recognition demonstrates the programme’s commitment to delivering thorough, evidence-based education for coaching and mentoring practitioners.
The four-week hybrid course aims to empower coaches and mentors to integrate AI into their work while maintaining ethical standards and client safety. It teaches participants to use AI for client preparation, session delivery, goal tracking, and business development. All learning aligns with governance frameworks such as the European Union AI Act.
