Having examined the course content, style and standard of delivery, the EMCC Global assessors agreed that the Team Coaching for Organisation Consultants: Senior Practitioner programme met all the requirements needed for EMCC Global accreditation.

Futhermore, as we are reassured that all graduates of the programme will have studied everything to the standards and depth we require, they will all also be able to apply for their own EMCC Global Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA) upon completion of the required coaching experience hours.

On receiving news of the accreditation, programme director Dorothee Stoffels said:

“We’re delighted to receive the TCQA from EMCC Global. It’s been a rigorous process and a clear recognition of the quality of our programme design and faculty team.

“It’s also great news for our students, as it means they’ll now automatically be awarded EMCC accreditation when they graduate from our team coaching programme, in line with our other coaching programmes.”

The programme aims to support experienced consultants and coaches to coach executive teams and make significant contributions on the leading edge of coaching practice.

The course covers relevant integrated theory and skills, team coaching competence, critical reflection on the role and practice of team coaching and the development of a personal and professional coaching identity. It also helps participants develop their professional ethics and effectiveness.

Denise Whitworth, EMCC Global VP of Accreditation and Membership, said:

“EMCC Global has a long and valued relationship with Ashridge and Hult International Business School and share their delight in this new accreditation. In developing the programme, Dorothee and her team showed dedication to professional excellence and ethics, with insight into theoretical practice.”
