Receiving this prestigious accreditation also means that all EDelia’s programme graduates will automatically be eligible to apply for their own EMCC Global Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA), as we are satisfied that everything they have learned in the programme meets the high standards we expect for a professional team coach.

The well-designed programme seamlessly integrated theory and practice, with the EMCC Competence Framework in place to assess participants against Practitioner Level indicators, while also offering Senior Practitioner graduates opportunities for further engagement and mentoring through the ‘Coach Internship Programme’.
