Via Institute, Czechia & Slovakia, awarded EQA for mentoring development

Jun 13, 2024

Many congratulations to Silvia Gallova and Radomira Gilarova of Via Institute, Czechia and Slovakia, as the mentoring programme they developed has been recognised with an EMCC Global Quality Award accreditation. (EQA)

The Via Sapientis programme is an EMCC Global competency-based training for those who want to develop as a mentoring, provided exclusively within organisations.

The Foundation and Practitioner levels of the programme have been accredited with an EQA. This is a recognition of the strength of the programme and – on completion, and with the appropriate mentoring hours gained – the course’s graduates will be able to apply for their own individual accreditation (EIA), as EMCC Global has already been reassured that the quality and content of the learning meets our requirements.

Silvia and Radka said:

“We’re thrilled to be the first training provider of mentoring programme at the Practitioner level in Czechia and Slovakia, with the added possibility of graduating at the Foundation level.

“For us, mentoring is undeniably one of the most natural and cost-effective ways to foster growth within organizations. It’s a simple yet profound method of nurturing talent and facilitating development.

“That’s why it’s crucial to establish quality standards and competencies for mentors within organizations.

“We teach and practice a coaching style of mentoring, which has proven to be incredibly effective in the learning journey. We deeply believe in the power of relationships in the mentoring process, as they lay the foundation for meaningful growth and development.

“We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has supported us along this journey – our mentors, students, and client organizations. We’re excited to continue spreading the value of mentoring to organizations of all kinds, and we look forward to empowering even more individuals through our accredited programme.”

Denise Whitworth, EMCC Global VP of Accreditation and Membership, said:

“As accredited practitioners and supervisors themselves, Silvia and Radka have put all their energy into this programme and their commitment is evident in every module.”
