Polish cross-industry mentoring programme secures ISMCP Gold

Fundacja Liderek Biznesu (Women Leadership in Business Foundation) has been awarded an EMCC Global International Standards in Mentoring and Coaching Programmes (ISMCP) accreditation at the highest Gold level for its mentoring programme.

Fundacja Liderek Biznesu (Women Leadership in Business Foundation) is a Polish foundation that promotes diversity and gender equality in business leadership while supporting women’s professional development and entrepreneurship.

The ISMCP accreditation is EMCC Global’s highest endorsement of organisational performance in programme management. Awarded at Bronze, Silver or Gold level, it is a framework that supports cultural development and aligns personal and professional performance.

The Foundations Mentoring programme is believed to be Poland’s largest cross-industry mentoring initiative, supporting professionals who want to grow as leaders and navigate key career challenges. The programme fulfils the mission of Fundacja Liderek Biznesu, which includes promoting diversity in business, fostering entrepreneurship, developing talent, and supporting women’s aspirations and professional independence.

The programme uses the EMCC Global-accredited approach to engage experienced mentors from leading organisations. The foundation’s clients, mentors and mentees say that what sets the programme apart is its strong community, professional standards, and the long-term developmental results achieved by participants.

The accreditation application was led by Justyna Gwoździk, Project Manager of the Mentoring Programme. She was supported by Monika Jezierska, Board Member and Dorota Sprawnik, Head of Business Relations and FLB Team Lead, Ewelina Romańczuk, Project Manager at FLB and Katarzyna Syrówka, Mentoring Process Supervisor.

Justyna said: “This accreditation is more than a certificate, it’s a recognition of every person who has contributed to building a meaningful, impactful mentoring culture within our community. It shows that our programme stands firmly among the best globally, and it gives us energy to create meaningful impact for mentors and mentees.”

The team also acknowledged the wider group who have built and developed the programme over time, including Jacek Bełdowski, Marta Skrzydelska, Agnieszka Maruda, Anna Woźniak, Katarzyna Malesa, Marta Kowalska, and the executive team:  Agnieszka Maciejewska, Anna Sirocka, Iwona Kozera, Krystyna Boczkowska and Barbara Sissons.

We congratulate Fundacja Liderek Biznesu, Justyna and the team on this achievement.
